Impactiviti/ClarityFuel began over 14 years ago with one primary mission – to make the collaboration of vendors and training clients much more successful.
After a decade in the industry (on the vendor side), Steve Woodruff identified two nagging problems:
- Training professionals couldn’t possibly keep up with the vast and ever-changing vendor landscape, leading to many projects being outsourced to sub-optimal providers.
- Vendors often didn’t have a clear grasp of their core strengths, and how to market/message themselves effectively.
Impactiviti – a unique intelligent recommendation network – was designed to address both of these issues.
We now work with the training departments of dozens of the top Life Sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device) companies, to help them define their training needs and find optimal vendor/partners.

And, we have created partnerships with over 60 vendor/providers of every type of training. We also train client personnel on the vital collaboration skills needed to succeed in their training roles.
We support our clients in two primary ways:
- Clarity workshops, including the course Best Practices in Project and Vendor Management, which equips new and current training managers for their HQ roles in executing training projects. The practical focus is on working with internal and external resources using effective communication and workflow strategies. This targeted course is available both live and on-demand/virtual.
