Telling Stories

I notice that Chip Heath has been invited to give the keynote at the upcoming SPBT conference. Superb choice! I’ve been corresponding with Chip and Dan since they released their very helpful book Made to Stick (reviewed previously on this blog), and this should be a not-to-be-missed session.
